WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
On our online shop we accept payments via:
- Debit or Credit Cards
- Paypal (payment in three convenient monthly installments and without interest)
- Klarna (payment in three convenient monthly installments and without interest)
- Bank transfer (contact us via chat, email or Whatsapp to receive the coordinates)
- Top up PostePay (contact us via chat, email or Whatsapp to receive the data)
- Cash on Delivery (during the completion of the order a 5 euro fee will be added for cash on delivery)

HOW DO I PAY IN THREE INSTALLMENTS WITHOUT INTEREST?
You can use Paypal or Klarna to pay in three interest-free instalments.
Payment for each installment will automatically be taken from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed by the merchant, and installments 2 and 3 will be scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

HOW DO YOU PAY ON DELIVERY?
When completing the order at the "Payment" stage, select the "Cash on delivery" item.
Cash on delivery has an additional fee of 9 euros.
Have the exact amount ready to pay for your order.
It is not possible to pay for your order with a debit card but only in cash.
When entering your shipping information, be careful to add the correct house number and the name on the intercom. Also add other details that can help the courier (staircase, interior, etc.).
Remember to keep the invoice you find inside the package.
HOW DO YOU PAY WITH PAYPAL?
By selecting the PayPal payment method you can pay either by credit card without being registered or automatically with your Paypal account and total security guaranteed by us and also guaranteed by the PayPal service (payment in three convenient monthly installments and without interest).
Select PayPal at checkout.
The “Pay in 3 installments” option will appear if available, select it.

If so, you can request payment in installments in just a few steps, receiving quick feedback from PayPal to complete your purchase. If Paypal passes on your data, a trace will remain on your profile from the moment the financing contract is signed. It is therefore important that you are able to pay the repayment installments and have the certainty of being able to pay them.
''Pay in 3 installments' is available for products that accept this method from €30 to €2000.
No, there are no costs associated with "Pay in 3 installments", including penalties for non-payment. However, remember that this is a loan, so make sure you are able to repay it to avoid, for example, any impact on your credit score.
If your financing request is approved, you are entering into a contract with PayPal. This means that PayPal is the creditor.
Log in to your PayPal account, go to "Pay in 3 installments" and then click on the "Pay in 3 installments" payment you want to refer to. You can see your previous payment amounts in your "Pay in 3 installments" activity. You can also see upcoming payment amounts by clicking Show upcoming payments. The amount you still have to repay appears under "Remaining".
HOW DO YOU PAY BY BANK TRANSFER?
If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive an email where you will be informed of the details for making the payment. You will have up to 7 days to do so, otherwise we will proceed with canceling the order. The order will be shipped as soon as we receive the bank transfer.
HOW DO I PAY WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?
By selecting the Pay by Card method you can make the payment with all the cards or prepaid cards indicated in the dedicated section with a simple click and in total security.
IS USING MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD A SAFE METHOD?
The security of your payment information is a top priority for us. To ensure the safety, simplicity and protection of your shopping experience, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, provided, to protect the data you send to us over the internet. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
PROCEED TO ORDER
1. After selecting the product you want, click on "Add to cart".
2. Add other products in the same way or click on "Proceed to order".
3. Confirm your shipping address. Be careful to enter the name that the courier will find on the doorbell in the "additional information" section.
4. Choose the payment method you want to use and if you have a promotional code you can use it during payment.
5. At this point you will be directed to the final page with the summary of your data and the expected delivery date. If you have a discount code to use, enter it.
6. To complete the order, complete the purchase.
At this point you will receive a confirmation email to the address you registered on our site. If you don't see it, try checking your Spam folder. You can also check all the details relating to your order by logging into your account directly.
It is not possible to add other items when you have already completed the order. If you want, you can make another one.
After completing the order it is not possible for us to change the shipping address.
Reimbursement
If you return one or more items from your order, the corresponding amount will be credited to the card or bank account associated with it.
